Boys will be boys!

So, it is 11:30am. I am still not showered, my teeth not brushed and still in my PJ’s. Jake has been one busy bee this morning! I had been trying to get Eli to actually go to sleep for about 2 ½ hours. The last time that I went back into the room to rock him for a minute and lay him back down, Jake climbed on the counter and brought the Benadryl out into the living room and dumped it out. (It was a new bottle) I tried to get it up with the carpet cleaner but there is still two huge light pink spots left on my carpet. I can not begin to explain how bad it is annoying me. I can not stop looking at it.

After I had been working on the carpet for about 30 minutes Eli woke back up. While I was nursing him, Jake got back on the counter in the kitchen and got into the tub of butter with a sharp knife and painted all over the rug, oven, counter, dishwasher and toaster that was plugged in and he had turned on. It is a miracle that he didn’t electrocute himself! I just put him down for a nap and hopefully if I can get Eli to stay down, Shower here I come!
