Six months

I know this boring for most of you but I wanted to document this before I forget. Eli turned six months on the 29th. I can not believe he is already 6 months! He weighed in at 15 lbs and 26 inches long! He is full of smiles...well that is when he is not hungry and I keep saying, "just one more minute buddy!" or is getting shots! I started him on solids about 2 weeks ago. He loves them and can't get enough of them. He has had rice cereal, carrots, sweet potato's and prunes. He opens his mouth big a wide for every bite. He looks like a bird while doing this. It is so cute. Eli isn't rolling over yet either way but did do it once conference weekend but not again. He is content to lay on his back or stomach and play with his toys (aka eat them) or give smiles to whom ever well play with him. Eli is a great drooler. He can get a shirt wet in about 5 minutes! His hands are constantly in his mouth and he loves to play with his feet. (He manages to pull his socks off every time. Maybe it is his toes he really likes.) He also likes his Johnny Jump up and will spend a hour or so in it each day. He is sleeping better but still not through the night. He wakes up once sometimes twice but I will take that over every hour or less any day. Eli really is such a good baby. He smiles all the time. If anyone looks in his directions he smiles and then hides his little face. The older people at Wal-mart love this! He has an adorable laugh that makes everyone smile. And my most favorite thing about Eli is he loves to cuddle. None of my other children would cuddle much as babies, they were so stiff. They like to be held but not cuddle. Eli is a cuddle bug and I LOVE IT!!
