Who makes $90 in about 20 minutes...Doctors, air plane pilots, dentists, x-ray techs...Well from 1pm to about 1:20pm it was the guy that came and fixed my garage door! I backed into my BRAND NEW garage door this morning! Yes, I did this just two months ago and ended up getting a new track, door, wheels, the whole shebang! It is sad but true! I had someone come and beat on my garage door with a hammer and got it up and running again, with only a few MINOR blemishes. I probably could have hammered it and got it working just fine, but I was worried if I closed the door so I could have my way with the door with my hammer, I would bend it more and in turn it would cost more to fix. Little did I know that is exactly what the guy that came out to fix my garage door would do. Who knew there was an art to banging on a door with a hammer? Not me. Oh well, who needs $90.00 anyways...it is just pocket change...
YEAH RIGHT!
Now, a little sign hangs on my door leading into the garage:
JENNY, DON'T HIT THE GARAGE DOOR!!!!
I am always trying to do my part to simulate the economy!

I too Linds, have been thinking the same thing...do I laugh or cry because I am so darn stupid! Well, I am choosing to laugh at this one.
Julie, Matthew and I were thinking the same thing about Blackie. Our relationship has been a love-hate relationship from the beginning. :)
That's Hilarious, sounds like something I would do! I would def. choose to laugh, and pretend that the garage guy did more then just bang my garage door with a hammer...
I am always scared I am going to do that! How is your car? Glad you got it fixed, I need to tell Tom he is in the wrong line of work. Garage door repairman is definitely the way to go!

It is sad but true that the sign does help. You would think the cost of a new door the first time would do it but it only lasted about 2 months. I am hoping this note will bring we better luck! Oh, and Linds, Matthew didn't hang the sign, I did.
It just goes to show how busy you are! This is a sign you need a break or another trip to the spa. This time you should take me with you. :)
