For Mother's Day my sweet Maddie made me a beautiful card with a small folded piece of paper stapled to the card. While I was reading the card Maddie got real excited to tell me she made me a credit card and she told me, "Mom, you can get whatever you want with it...even if it is expensive!" She was all smiles! It was adorable and so very sweet. She has asked me what I got with my credit card and reminded me it can be expensive a few times. I think it is time for me to go shopping! :)
I have a disclaimer. I know what you are thinking (well I know what Matthew was thinking) why and how does a kindergarten know about a credit card. I get those pre-approved things in the mail all the time with the fake cards in them and I give them to the girls to put in their wallet.

That is so sweet. I love how much those girls look out for you. It is so nice to hear how much they love you and show you in the most innocent ways.
Way to go on the 1/2 marathon! Sorry about your toes, scarlet fever, and not getting a "real" credit card for Mother's Day! That's really too cute though!

Ahh...that is sweet. I didn't think anything about her knowing what a credit card was, more that she saw a need for you to do for yourself. Did you get anything expensive?
