Blogging?

I have been reading my friends blogs for the last hour and I am amazed at how amazing their blogs look. I do not know if I am just slow or what but I have no idea how you all do it! I can hardly make a post with in a 30 minute span, let a lone make it my blog so neat with all these cute fonts, picture placements, back grounds, etc. How do you all do it!!?? I need some help!
