Eli’s Four Months!

On August 29th Eli turn four months old. He weighted in at 12.5 pounds and was 24.5 inches long. When the doctor told me that Eli was in the 50th percentile for height and weight and then told me his head was in the 50th-75th percentile. I was so excited! Then he said, “let me show you were he is on a normal growth chart.” I told Matthew I knew it was too good to be true! He is still our biggest child just above the 25th percentile but after Maddie’s first week of Kindergarten, I want a football line backer! So if he gets his drink stolen, told he is ugly or has any other problems he can just beat up the little punk!!! Lol :)

Eli is a changed baby from four months ago. He went from screaming constantly and not sleeping well to a happy and healthy baby. Prevacid is a miracle drug! He has been on it for almost 2 ½ months now and it is like night and day. Eli is still pretty stiff from his acid reflux and I hate that for him and selfishly I hate it because he doesn’t cuddle very much!

Eli hasn’t reached all of his “milestones” yet but I am not all that worried. I hope means he has inherited his dad’s easy going personality! Okay, does that even make sense?

P.S. Although he does smile all the time and boy they are adoable smiles, when ever I pull out the camera he stops smiling, stares at the flash and ends up looking like a deer in the head lights!
